Ascend Publishing's current products are PDF digital downloads delivered electronically after successful payment.

Digital Delivery

All purchases are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping address or shipping charges are required for digital-only orders.

If your PDF does not arrive, cannot be opened, or is different from the product described, please contact us with your order number. We will help resolve the issue.

Printed Books and EPUB Editions

Printed books and EPUB editions are not currently included with purchases. If these formats become available in the future, the applicable product descriptions and delivery policies will be updated.
