Refund policy

All digital books and downloadable electronic products sold by Ascend Publishing are final sale and non-refundable once successfully delivered, except as required by applicable law.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for successfully delivered downloads due to a change of mind or an accidental purchase.

If your purchased file was not delivered, is defective, cannot be opened, or is materially different from its description, please contact us with your order number. We will work to provide the correct, functioning file. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will issue an appropriate refund.

There are no physical returns or return-shipping charges for digital products.
